On my last night in Tokyo, I got together with a friend I had met earlier in the trip. He happened to be in Tokyo that night and was close to my hotel in Asakusa, so we decided to go find something to eat. We wandered the streets for a while until we finally settled on a yakiniku place that looked good. I was in the mood to burn through a chunk of yen, so I had seared Kobe beef along with some yakisoba. Which, looking back on it now, was remarkably reasonably priced for the quality. I miss Japan.
