Memories are just thought ghosts...moving throughout our brains haunting us of things we should have done (or shouldn't have). They haunt us with things and people we miss (or don't for that matter). They can be scary or sweet. Time dictates how often some of them come around and they do come back around. Sometimes we spend nights awake over mistakes we hadn't thought of in decades. Sometimes we don't want to wait...and we seek out the those ghosts that we miss the most. Like people from our past or pets...or even places that we have been.
