“Look! This one had babies!” Kiera pulled her hand from her father’s grip and ran to the front of the green Beetle, squatting down to admire the miniatures. The man in the rickety folding chair shot to his feet. “Kiera, honey, don’t touch them,” Griff warned. “Aw, that’s alright,” said the other man with a grin. “My girl’s proud of her babies.” He patted the top of the car and winked. “Wants them all out for everyone to see.” “What are their names?” asked Kiera. “Well now, that’s a good question,” said the man. “Want to help her name them?”
