“Honey, I’m home!” She buzzed with excitement as I swept her up, getting pollen everywhere. “You’re so bee-utiful when you’re in my arms, babee. After all, beauty is in the eye of the bee-holder.” She sighed. “Shelbee, we should talk. That wasp in the old barn? I’ve kind of been seeing her. Um, bee-n seeing her?” “What? How could you do this bee-hind my back??” “It’s just… the bee puns. They’re getting to be a little much. Er, “bee” a little much? I just can’t do it anymore.” That was the last time I saw her. The truth really stings.
