The desert sun has set, the night skies were clear, and the stars surrounded the moon in twinkling delightfulness. It was the most bearable time to live in this place. Marjorie looked out of her window and saw the muted street lights intermittently highlighting the still somewhat primitive dwellings of this little village. Over the last thousand years not much had changed...only the most minimum of modern changes. Most homes had electricity but it only seemed to work best at night without the heat of the day causing it to cut out. Even so, she loved it so, here.
