Try though you might, sometimes people just don’t want to be helped. This fairy godmother gig used to be a breeze. You just manifest, wow them with a little razzle dazzle, grant a few wishes, and bippidy boppidy boo, Bob’s your uncle. But now, people just don’t believe anymore. “Are you a hallucination? What did I eat?” “You’re not real. You’re a manifestation of my childhood trauma seeking to undermine my healing journey by offering easy solutions!” “Pa, ther’s a funny lookin’ bird flappin’ ‘round muh room. Git th’ rifle!” Fine.
