“The idea is you just close your eyes and think of something memorable, and once you have that locked in, you open your eyes and capture it,” explained Jaida. “That sounds fun,” said the woman. She took to the task immediately, sitting up straight and drawing a deep breath, eyes screwed shut. The man was less enthusiastic, but did so anyway. Soon, they were both sketching, him a face, her a forest scene. Jaida stepped back next to the detective. “I think you’ll have your leads soon enough.” Detective Roberds nodded. Jaida’s memory coffee had never failed to produce results.
