Snow. Can you believe it? She saved up her money to go on a trip, really splashed out on a gorgeous island getaway, snazzy hotel on the beach, the whole thing. And then it snowed. Deck chairs and tiki huts covered in a layer of white, tuktuk drivers careening all over the narrow roads like fledgling drivers new to every sensation, and people who had never covered their knees are discovering what it feels like to wear trousers, all because of a layer of frozen softness. She knew she should be upset, but honestly it was the best vacation ever.
