“Alright, you lot, listen up,” honked Cob. It looked to be mostly new boats this morning, as was expected as most of his yesterday was filled with their cacophony. “I’m going to bring my family around shortly. I expect only the best of offerings from you.” He saw a few faces in their strange, transparent doorways and jutted his head high. “NO BREAD!” he snapped, remembering the need for education. “OATS ONLY!” Too many upset cygnet tummies made for restless nights, and he swore he would peck holes in the next boat that hurled a bread butt out at them.
