A masterpiece. Needs some repairs, but good bones. An opportunity to make this timeless property into your own custom dream home. And I believed them. Because I am a schmuck. They see me coming from miles away. The kind of sucker who will buy this disaster zone sight unseen, as-is. Who will sign on the line after a cursory glance at what were obviously some very old pictures. I'm sure they laughed when I walked out. But I'm the one who's laughing. Because all I needed to see was the spectrometry report. Good bones indeed. I'm sitting on a goldmine.
