"What do you mean this is the closest texture you could get?", my boss says to me. I let her know that the very new and coveted mix of fabrics she wanted is in high demand by everyone in a 200 mile radius, but that wasn't what she wanted to hear. "I'll continue to ask my contacts and see if anyone has enough for us to use. I will go as far as I need to in order to get this fabric for your event. I promise I won't let you down". Secretly hoping I still have a job tomorrow.
