“Okay…. Oooooookay… Take it easy… you got this, John.” John talked to himself, like to an older brother. It’s the ninth year of sailing, yet he still couldn’t shake off this eerie feeling that even on one of these most sunny of days, with clear blue skies and gentle waves, he could be drowned. Like his father did. John swing his left arm for another row of paddle. The wind smelled of granite John squinted. A grainy rectangle peaked on the horizon. Then three. Then, a whole wall of them! John quickly backed but the strong currents drew him in.
