Stuart peeked out the window through the blinds and took a deep breath. Today would be the day. He was going to do it. He wrapped his hand around the doorknob, turned it, released it, and fell back, fear clutching his heart. Maybe tomorrow. He caught movement out the window and ventured a peek. He saw a woman walking along the sidewalk, a box over her head, a face drawn on the front. He had never seen anyone so beautiful. Quickly, he grabbed a box, dumped the contents, sketched an approximation of his face, and ran out to join her.
