I had a fish tank once filled it with as many varieties of fish the store had I watched them swim hide crap up the tank then I watched them die one after the other of some unknown disease (unknown to me) so I emptied the tank cleaned it put in fresh rocks fresh water fresh fish and watched them wary of any sign of sickness I sat by that tank and stared daring any of them to give up the ghost and choose the floating path They swam in fear no doubt of what was behind those unblinking eyes
