The girl is signing "PERFECT" and looking through the hole made by the "F" handshape. She is smiling. I think she is telling someone they did an amazing job on a task she asked them to complete, and she is thrilled with the outcome. Next, I'm sure she will do something nice for them in return. If they made her a delicious meal, she will wash the dishes and offer to make dessert. If they helped her fix a broken item, she will dedicate time doing an act of service for them. One good deed deserves another! We show gratitude!
