Touch grass they said go out and walk in the woods what do they call it? forest bathing? immerse yourself in the greenery the lush landscape filled with chittering animals scurrying bugs a multitude of plants don't touch that one, you'll itch for weeks find a babbling brook and try to make sense of what it's saying be patient they're not used to people actually listening careful of that rotten log if you step on it it will collapse and you'll be swarmed by surprised termites the trees will laugh at you you fell into their trap bathe in this
