"You coming, Harry?" I stared up the slope, at the ski lifts disappearing into the fog. At all the people standing in line, ready to take that ride. I shivered, the feeling of unavoidable doom creeping into me like that fog. "I don't know if I can do this, Eddie." Eddie looked me over, sighed. "This was your idea, man. Big cryptid weekend. Get back to our roots. Mountains. Primal shit." "I know, but you're a yeti, Eddie. You're used to this Himalayan shit. I'm a sasquatch, you know? Temperate rain forest vibes." "You do this every time." "I know."
