I don't lack focus; we disagree about priorities. My only priority is losing my place in the code I'm writing so I can stop and write this. This is all I can see... for the next few minutes. I'm not blurred. You're perceiving too slowly. Get on my level. Re-up your Adderall and let's party. Crush up that Vyvanse and we'll cut up some big fat tasty rails. Fire. It. Up. Everything is frozen in time: you, me, those c-beams glittering near the Tannhäuser Gate. Tears in rain that never fall. This moment, all moments, waiting for the come-down.
