Let me tell you a story about the one and only time I’ve ever been skiing! At just 15 years old, I visited family in Canada with my parents. Thankfully, I was able to borrow my cousins winter gear. We promptly went straight to the ski lodge. I started at the kiddy slope in order to get my bearings. Once I felt proficient enough in my new skills, we made our way to the main slope. Unknown to me, I would be facing my greatest challenge of the day: the ski lift. It was humiliating. Despite that, I crushed it!
