"It's suffocating me, Ma." Eun-woo concluded the two-hour rant with an exasperated sigh. He had moved to the metropolitan, highly industrial Seoul for almost six months for a corporate job he hoped could barely cover his and his mom's daily expenses. His mom didn't know what to offer him but homemade kimchi and more lunch boxes. "At this rate, I will probably never find a wife." Eun-woo stood out on the tiny balcony for a smoke. In the repeating squares of the building next to his, he saw pieces of others' lives. Some watching TV, some sleeping. All getting by.
