Miller felt a tap on his shoulder and looked up to see a man, wild hair and beard around bright green eyes. “Salmon,” the man said, and he walked away. Moments later, he was distracted again by a relentless squeaking noise. He looked up to see the man riding the craziest of bicycles. “Excuse me, what did you mean?” he asked. “About what?” asked the man. He stopped pedaling. “You mean this? It’s my time-travel bike.” Miller laughed. “Nonsense.” The man shrugged. “Ask me a question.” “What’s your favorite kind of fish?” asked Miller. The man grinned. “Be right back.”
