She closed the book as she finished the final line of No Regrets, but she still had so many. It wasn't in her nature to let her life decisions go. The past is the past, but people know. They aren't gracious and forgiving - herself as the most judgmental and begrudging of all. A life wasted on too many regrets and what-ifs. Now is the time to let go, but even at the end - knowing the clock is ticking, she can't. The time to make things right and truly live have passed her by. Regrets until the very end consume her.
