A picturesque lighthouse. Until you zoom out. It’s an ugly painting in a hotel room. A man is lying on the floor. He has a gunshot wound to his head, and blood is pooling on the carpet. He might’ve been looking at the painting when he was shot. We have no way of knowing. Until you zoom out. He gets up. He was actually an actor. The take is over. The red corn syrup is rinsed out of his hair. Until you zoom out. It was based on a true story. How do I know? l live in the lighthouse.
