Manny slowly opened his eyes, fighting the lethargy that overwhelmed him and the crashing headache that filled his skull. He snapped them shut, his brain registering what he had seen. Was that a giant eye? How in…? No, that can’t be real. He stretched out his fingers and felt grass beneath them. Wet grass. That was when he realized the entire back of him was wet. He opened one eye slowly and took in his surroundings. Those jerks left him in a field again! At least they put him under the tower this time so he knew where he was.
