They say when a person wins the lottery, there are clear indicators, but Albert really didn’t make much of a fuss. Sure, he paid off his house and car, but you couldn’t tell by looking at him. He DID have a secret project no one knew about, inspired by that night, before the win, when he had been at the end of his rope and caught sight of some glowing neon under a bridge. So Albert bought motion activated signs and placed them around the city to pay it forward. Who knows, maybe it will be just what someone needs.
